Returns & Happiness Guarantee

At Hayley Luxe, every item is thoughtfully designed and made with care. Because our products are custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

That said, your happiness truly matters to us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is an issue caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your claim and work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include sending a replacement, replacement parts, or another fair solution.

3D Printed Products

Every Hayley Luxe product is individually 3D printed and finished by hand. Because of the manufacturing process, slight layer lines, tiny surface variations, and other natural characteristics of 3D printing are normal and help make every piece unique. These minor variations are not considered defects and do not affect the functionality or quality of your product.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Normal characteristics of the 3D printing process
Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Orders placed with incorrect personalization, color selections, or shipping information provided by the customer

Digital Downloads (STL Files)

Due to the nature of digital products, all STL file sales are final. Once a file has been purchased and delivered, refunds or exchanges cannot be provided.

If you experience a technical issue with your download or believe you've received an incorrect file, please contact us. We'll gladly help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
