Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Hayley Luxe! Every order is designed, printed, finished, and carefully packaged by our small family business. Because each item is made to order, processing times vary depending on the product.

Processing Times

Standard 3D Printed Products

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days.

Specialty & Hand-Finished Products

Products requiring additional finishing, such as rhinestones, hand assembly, specialty embellishments, or detailed customization, typically ship within 7–10 business days.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders require additional production time and generally ship within 2–3 weeks, depending on order size and current production volume.

If your order contains multiple items with different processing times, your shipment will typically be sent once all items are completed unless otherwise arranged.


Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier.

Please note that shipping estimates provided by carriers begin after your order has been completed and shipped.

Processing time and shipping time are separate.


Tracking Information

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated processing times, occasional delays may occur during holidays, large product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.

If your order will take longer than expected, we'll keep you informed.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Hayley Luxe is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can help resolve the issue.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we'll gladly help you work with the shipping carrier.
