Please read before printing: I have only had successful coal prints using the Bambu Lab TPU 95A filament setting in Bambu Studio, with the TPU fed directly into the printer and no AMS. I tested the Generic TPU setting and printing through the AMS, and those prints did not come out correctly. I have not tested every other TPU brand or type, so I cannot confirm how the file will print with them.

The comparison photos show my results: the top coal was printed with Generic TPU settings through the AMS, while the bottom coal was printed with the Bambu Lab TPU 95A setting without the AMS. I’ve also included photos of the settings I used for my successful print.

The 3MF contains my print setup. The STL is included if you prefer to set the model up yourself, but an STL does not contain slicer settings. Please check the settings for each part before printing, as the coal and display box require different settings.

Print settings disclaimer: The settings shown are the exact ones that worked for me. Your results may vary based on your printer, print speed, TPU, filament condition, and other factors. I have no control over how your printer is set up, so I cannot guarantee the same result on every machine. Please research TPU printing for your specific printer and adjust the settings as needed. I’m still working on dialing in Generic TPU and AMS settings that produce the same fuzzy skin finish without the visible lines shown in the comparison photos.
